Margate Residence

A warm, rustic, and modern beach oasis is where heart meets this home. Inspired by the textures found at the beach and colors that evoke serenity, this 5-bedroom home in the heart of the Jersey shore is one that hosts the convergence of boho, modern, and traditional coastal design styles. 

As a new build, the primary vision was to curate a new comfortable, yet elevated permanent home that supported their growing needs. That meant incorporating existing furniture, augmenting with new coastal and modern pieces, all while elevating and exporting the design direction and flavor of their current home. 

Neutrals dominate the home with pops of coastal inspired blues while rich woods, rattan, linen, dominate the home, further continuing the feeling of “life at the beach.” 

The project was completed in July 2023.
