Nestled in the charming coastal town of Margate, New Jersey, this newly constructed residence embodies a unique blend of French Country and coastal influences. Inspired by the serenity of the bay, the design aims to create a relaxing haven that evokes the romance of beach living.

Departing from the traditional blue and white palette often associated with coastal homes, we embraced a palette of soothing greens, reminiscent of sea glass, paired with crisp whites that evoke the freshness of linen. This color scheme is further enhanced by the incorporation of natural materials found along the coastline, adding depth and texture to the interiors.

As the home is situated on the picturesque bay, the furniture plan prioritized functional and modern pieces that harmonize with the stunning waterfront views. We collaborated with the clients from the outset, assisting with the selection of all major finishes, including paint colors, lighting, hardware, tile, window treatments, countertops, and flooring. Our services also encompassed comprehensive space planning, furniture selection, purchasing coordination, and final styling to bring the vision to life.

This project exemplifies our commitment to creating unique and personalized spaces that reflect our clients’ individual style and inspire a sense of tranquility and relaxation.
