This two-bedroom converted into a one-bedroom unit is a new build residence overlooking the Schuylkill River and the Philadelphia Art Museum. The high-rise unit boasts floor to ceiling windows and showcases the blend of warm and cool neutral color palettes blending together.

A variety of materials are omnipresent here, where the white textured walls contrast the softness of the king-size bed, and a dream-like elaborate wardrobe meets the blunt reality of a floor length mirror.
