Riverwalk Residence

This two-bedroom converted into a one-bedroom unit is a new build residence overlooking the Schuylkill River and the Philadelphia Art Museum. The high-rise unit boasts floor to ceiling windows and showcases the blend of warm and cool neutral color palettes blending together.

Space planning was critical to best preserve a floor plan that features an expansive open plan where a dining room, living and entertainment space and the kitchen reside.

A crystal chandelier showcases the 6-seat marble dining table, while plush spackled rugs create a delineated living room, while being met with a white high-gloss credenza that welcomes guests into the kitchen. In the bedroom, a cozy swivel chair competes with a marble side table to overlooks the skyline view. A variety of materials are omnipresent here, where the white textured walls contrast the softness of the king-size bed, and a dream-like elaborate wardrobe meets the blunt reality of a floor length mirror.
